2. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes! You can cancel within 24 hours of purchase before production starts. After that, all sales are final since we begin making your order.

3. Do you offer cash refunds?
We don’t offer cash refunds, but we gladly provide store credit or exchanges in eligible cases. Store credit never expires and can be used for future purchases!

II. Shipping & Delivery

1. How long does shipping take? Shipping times depend on your location. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number. Estimated times:

  • U.S. Orders: Typically 5-10 business days

2. Do you ship internationally?
No.

3. What if my order gets lost in transit?
If your package seems lost, please contact us at support@shekinahwhisper.com, and we’ll assist you in locating it.

III. Return & Store Credit

1. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
We want you to love your order! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

1. Will colors look exactly like what I see on my screen?
Colors may appear slightly different due to various screen settings, but we do our best to showcase them as accurately as possible.

2. What if I have sensitivities to materials?
We recommend reviewing product details before purchasing. While we ensure high-quality materials, Shekinah Whisper is not responsible for material sensitivities.
