2. Ordering & Payments

Payments must be completed before orders are processed.
In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order (e.g., fraud detection, pricing errors). If this happens, we’ll notify you and provide a resolution.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We carefully process and ship your order based on the estimated times provided at checkout.
While we work with trusted carriers, unexpected shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout! We cannot be responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.
4. Returns & Store Credit
We want you to love what you receive! While we do not offer cash refunds, we’re happy to provide store credit in eligible cases:

Store credit never expires and can be used for any future purchase.
