We’re happy to offer store credit or an exchange when eligible, including the following situations:


Defective and damaged Items– If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it! Just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


Wrong item received – If we sent the incorrect product, we’ll send the right one at no cost.

2. How to Request an Exchange or Store Credit:

  • Email us at support@shekinahwhisper.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

  • Our team will review and provide you with the next steps!

3. Store Credit – No Expiration Date, No Hassle

We currently offer store credit in place of refunds—your credit never expires, and can be used toward any future purchase.

4. Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly, so cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, orders are final.
